UX Writer/Content Designer (x/f/m)

We are growing our 60+ design team and looking for a UX Writer/Content Designer  to set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch-points. You will be the guardian of the Doctolib "tone" on the different products of the brand's ecosystem: Calendar for practitioners, Online booking for patients, Video consultation tool. Within the Design team, you may also be required to collaborate with the Brand, Strategy and Marketing teams to keep a coherent and simple user experience across interfaces.

You´ll be part of a multidisciplinary, international team that is located in Berlin, Milan and Paris working with Product Designers, Brand Designers, UX Writers/Content Designers, User Researchers and Design Ops. While we believe in coming together as a team to solve complex topics collaboratively through design, we offer a flexible work-from-home model. Your mission

New product features

• Collaborate with Product Designers and Product Managers on new features by crafting engaging and concise copy in English
• Participate in the test of prototypes with User Researchers 

Existing product features

• Improve existing product content based on user feedback with the help of User Research, Sales, Deployment and Customer Support
• Audit the products that we offer to patients and practitioners and identify areas where we can provide a simple and consistent user experience
• Optimize key flows and increase conversion through A/B testing

Scaling

• Write content guidelines in Oxygen, our design system
• Contribute to our product glossary to ensure consistency across our products
• Promote best Content Design practices to Product Designers, Product Managers and Marketing

Your skills

You could be our next team mate if you: 

• You have a minimum of 2 years experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer, or a very product-oriented digital marketing team or fast-paced environment.
• You have a synthetic mind, you like to write things that are both simple and clear, and that serve a functional purpose.
• You like the beautiful word, the one that's well-chosen and has meaning.
• You pay close attention to details and have a proactive approach
• You are comfortable explaining and justifying your copy proposals.
• You have a portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate impact, such as work on "Call to action" buttons or error messages.
• You can speak and write fluently in English -  additional language skills in Italian would be a plus or in French or German would be an added bonus

About the remote policy at Doctolib

As of October 2021, we provide 3 working modes:

• Remote: you work remotely and meet your team at the office once a month
• Hybrid: you work remotely 2 to 3 days per week and from the office on the other days.
• Office-based: you work from the office.
