Our liability to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount of fees, if any, you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the action that may give rise to liability.

WeLoveProduct reserves the right to terminate your account and keep your membership fee as a fine.

Delayed Transactions. In the event a user payment method is declined, WeLoveProduct may attempt to process the transaction again under the same conditions as the transaction was initiated by the user, within a few days of the user first attempt to purchase their membership. Where the payment method is approved in such a circumstance, the user will receive an email confirming the successful completion of their transaction.

Members are required to set a real and recent profile photo where profile photos are supported. Group photos, drawings, avatars, objects, shirtless photos, sexual photos, or pictures that are not them may be rejected.

Many of our websites, apps, and communities contain user generated data that is subjective, may not be accurate, or may be offensive to you. We are not liable for any damages that result from using this data.
