JOB DESCRIPTION
Your role:
As a Tech & Product Operations Manager, your mission will be to ensure that all people working at the tech part of a SaaS company (like developers and product managers) in Europe want to join Doctolib.
By working alongside our Tech & Product teams, you will be able to influence issues that need attention. You will both work behind the scenes to solve problems and misalignments, and lead global transversal initiatives, interacting with your stakeholders.
You report to the Tech & Product People Manager and will interact with team members such as Developers, Product Managers, Design, Data, Product Marketing as well as with stakeholders from our people departments.

Your core missions :
As part of the Tech & Product Operations team, you will support our Tech & Product team along the employee lifecycle:
- Build and run the fundamentals of our development framework to ensure career paths for people manager and individual contributors
- Build, update and run career paths and job profiles including the different competencies and levels
- Deliver the best possible onboarding experience & kick start the learning journey of our new joiners to support them bringing positive impact to their teams
- Own the onboarding, provide the right training plan and learning content for the next generation of Tech & Product team members
- Grow the Tech & Product team’s talent and drive engagement by fostering learning
- Develop the training offering for the Tech & Product team to ensure their development and internal diffusion of Doctolib’s Tech & Product team culture
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & FIT

- You are fluent in English. Native speaker in French, German or Italian is a plus

Previous experience:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a larger tech SaaS company with an agile organization or in a strategy consulting company
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in business or engineering
