HoneyBook is the leading AI-powered business management platform for service-based business owners. Designed to enhance—not replace—independent professionals, HoneyBook’s AI-powered tools help businesses attract leads, connect with clients, book projects, and manage payments more efficiently. With AI seamlessly integrated into every workflow, entrepreneurs can focus on their craft while scaling their businesses with confidence. Since its founding in 2013, HoneyBook has powered over 25 million client relationships and processed more than $12 billion in transactions, helping independent businesses grow faster and smarter.

Our culture is built on five core values that inform everything we do. We encourage collaboration, feedback, ownership, and have a growth mindset. We know experience comes in many forms, some visible on your resume, others not. No one candidate will be a 100% perfect match to our description, so if you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually-charged environment and have similar experience to what we are looking for, we encourage you to apply.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Core Product team. In this role, you will lead the development of core features that empower independent businesses to efficiently manage and grow their operations. You will be responsible for building intuitive, impactful tools—including AI-native capabilities—that reduce manual effort and streamline critical workflows. By leveraging automation and intelligent design, you will enable our users to adopt more seamless, hands-off processes in their day-to-day, freeing them up to focus on their craft and what they love most.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

  • Own and lead the development of core features from conception through execution, rollout, and iterations, ensuring alignment with user problems, needs, and business objectives.
  • Be laser-focused on users and their problems; use user interviews, competitive research, customer feedback, and data analysis to inform product decisions and present findings to the team with conviction and rigor.
  • Collaborate closely with user research and designers to deeply understand user needs, develop user empathy, and work closely with engineering to empower them to build remarkable experiences.
  • Craft the “why” and use cases around upcoming features that resonate with users and enable the marketing teams to effectively communicate new features to win new customers.

Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • Have a sense of design and product taste, with a keen eye for detail and usability.
  • Shameless curiosity and a propensity to question things deeply, ensuring a thorough understanding of needs.
  • Strong communicator (in Hebrew and English) with the confidence to collaborate assertively, ask tough but necessary questions, and effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Execute your strategies with precision, ensuring product launches, feature updates, and key initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Works seamlessly with stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive environment while independently resolving conflicts when needed.
  • Deeply impact-driven, focusing on delivering meaningful outcomes rather than just shipping features.

Here is what is needed:

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager in the software industry, preferably in CRM, fintech, or productivity & AI tools.
  • Proven track record of leading product development from conception through launch and iterations, preferably in CRM or related domains.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (proficiency in English is a must), with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Our core values:

People come first: We prioritize people as we explore opportunities and work through challenges.Raise the bar: We push for greatness—for ourselves, each other, and our members.Own it: Trust and ownership let us make decisions with confidence. We love what we do: We bring passion to our work and love what we create for our members.Keep it real: Authenticity, respect, and transparency are at our core.
