To help us achieve our mission of unleashing the potential of every team, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to join our diverse, vibrant, and globally distributed creative team to deliver impact and delight. We value empowerment and, in this spirit, you'll be responsible for your own projects as a strategic partner for our cross-functional teams across the marketing, buyer experience, and product design organizations. Working within and evolving the Atlassian Design Guidelines, you'll dream up, design, and execute projects to deliver impact and delight across multiple touch-points.

In this role, you'll get to:

Design the future of Atlassian's marketing in the Service Management space as we communicate with millions of existing and future users
Work on a tight-knit team alongside product marketers involved in the end-to-end design process, from ideation to implementation
Dream up, design, and execute robust web experiences, integrated marketing campaigns, motion graphics projects, print pieces, event collateral, and everything in between
Drive innovation and successful outcomes through creativity and productive debate

More about you:

You have a minimum of five years of professional experience, with a portfolio that showcases ambitious design and conceptual problem-solving
You have a deep understanding and proven aptitude for design principles, processes, and the strategy that underpins them
Your skillset spans digital, brand, print, and campaign design with the ability to design for different audience groups
You enjoy working with cross-functional partners, and actively solicit and welcome feedback
You demonstrate strong communication skills, confidently presenting your work with a clear rationale for your creative decisions
You’ve got an eye for detail with a no-compromise attitude toward quality
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing deadlines and priorities
You’re an expert in Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote
