The Opportunity

The Onfido Product Marketing team is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving market awareness and product adoption in SaaS B2B space. The ideal candidate will be a compelling storyteller responsible for developing captivating narrative for innovative products, solutions, and technology, and effectively communicating it across marketing and sales channels.  

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to bring the leading identity verification products to market. You will partner with demand generation, brand and communications, sales, account management, product management, executive leadership, and customer success. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, Katia Mar.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own market, product, and competitive insights for your segment, and channel this knowledge into positioning and roadmap
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute all go-to-market initiatives to raise product awareness and adoption and achieve category leadership
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies in collaboration with the growth enablement team
  • Understand the impact of the product messaging and positioning “in the field,” and use this feedback to inform marketing priorities and make adjustments on the fly
  • Collaborate with product management to define the roadmap based on customer needs and execute product launches
  • Drive the development of compelling written and visual content, including full-featured product web pages, landing pages, datasheets, whitepapers, videos, webinars, analyst presentations, case studies, and more.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS high-growth organization
  • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience within a B2B technology company ideally in digital identity, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or fintech space
  • Being a self-starter, quick learner, with the ability to handle challenges while maintaining your cool and sense of humor as a true team player
  • Experience in effectively positioning complex, large scale concepts clearly and simply 
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proven ability to interpret data and qualitative research to generate actionable takeaways and drive key outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively position B2B products for growth while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to build a high-quality pipeline to meet company objectives
  • Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with peers and managers across the organization, thriving in an environment where multiple disciplines come together cross-functionally to solve difficult and unique problems.
