To further this mission, we're looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing expert to join our growing product marketing team at an important and exciting time for DoorDash. The Product Marketing team at DoorDash is growing and it is expected you will be a leader on the team, help scale the Product Marketing function, and grow their career as the team grows.

You will lead product marketing for one of our biggest strategic bets, Groceries. As the Senior Product Marketing manager for Groceries, you will lead the charge to help scale this category with a cross-functional team and manage go-to-market plans to accomplish our our goals. You will be comfortable operating at strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly. You will be grounded in audience insights through partnership with research, analytics, and by creating original research to determine the needs of the consumer audience. You will have experience using insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with senior product leaders. Equipped with actionable insights, you'll build E2E go-to-market plans to increase growth for the category.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Oversee the development of marketing strategies that improve consumer awareness of groceries and accelerate category adoption
  • Create comprehensive go-to-market plans for new features from audience definition, development of core value proposition, to launch and sustain through owned and in-product channels
  • Work with other category teams to refine strategies and share best practices
  • Partner with research and analytics to develop a deeper understanding of the grocery customer and surface opportunities to stakeholder teams to action on
  • Lead complex cross-functional teams to build marketing programs at scale, including partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Channel Marketing, Creative, Strategy & Ops, Finance, and Analytics

  • You have
  • BA, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of professional experience in marketing in a corporate or startup environment
  • Experience driving successful go-to-market launches that improve adoption and bottom line impact
  • Fluency with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of campaigns after the fact
