The Opportunity
To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Growth Product Marketing team. This role will be pivotal in shaping user interaction with Grammarly and our future product suite by developing ways to expose users to the features most likely to drive conversion and expansion, through consistent, personalized,, and context-aware user journeys, in both individual and team contexts. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will improve monetization among our new and current customer base, working closely with Growth Product, Lifecycle Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to establish Grammarly as the leading AI writing and communication partner.
In this role, you will:
Deepen user understanding and shape positioning --
- Uncover user needs and product value propositions to craft clear, compelling messaging across touchpoints
- Conduct market and user research to identify conversion, engagement, and monetization opportunities
- Ensure in-product and marketing copy is impactful, accessible, and tailored to a diverse global user base
Drive monetization and growth strategy --
- Improve conversion and monetization across user segments in partnership with Growth Product and Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and test a discounting strategy for self-serve business users, in collaboration with our Pricing & Packaging team
- Use data to inform hypotheses, guide experiments, and refine content strategies
Orchestrate seamless, personalized user journeys --
- Enable personalized, context-aware experiences that drive value realization and product adoption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize user journeys across channels—web, product, email, and more
- Partner with Product and other PMMs to shape and prioritize Grammarly’s monetization roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, user education, lifecycle marketing, or in a similar role in a SaaS setting, preferably covering both B2B and B2C.
- Has a proven track record in improving customer conversion and monetization.
- Drives results with data and shows a performance-driven mentality, adept at leveraging data to determine and prioritize high-impact activities.
- Facilitates cross-team collaboration and can coordinate with multiple stakeholders and their different goals.
- Has familiarity with Coda (preferred but not required).
- Is able to meet in person for their team’s scheduled collaboration weeks, traveling internationally on occasion.
