(Senior) Product Marketing job at Personio

This role can be based in all our locations: Munich, Dublin, London, Madrid or Amsterdam.

As the Product Marketer for Personio, you will evangelize Personio solutions and partners, prioritize and manage strategic product marketing initiatives, support product management and sales with timely market research and effective sales tools, and play an integral role in shaping key messages and marketing strategy.

You will collaborate with our global marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. You are obsessed with tracking performance, and use data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.

In addition to the marketing team, you will regularly collaborate with product managers, sales, partners, and the management team; it’s a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.

Key responsibilities:

Have relevant experience with B2B Tech products and a successful track record bringing new solutions and partnerships to market.
Know how to develop a quarterly product marketing plan and develop product positioning, messaging and sales tools that resonate with our target customers.
Are able to assess the effectiveness of our go to market programs on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
Are always current on relevant HR trends and competitors in the HR software market.
Are able to inform and inspire others with your go to market strategy.

3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with at least 1 year of experience in an HR-relevant role. Experience in a high growth B2B organisation is essential.
Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Familiar with sales and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce and Google Analytics.
Exceptional analytical skills, able to figure out what is –or isn’t—working.
Excellent people and stakeholder management skills to interact with team, colleagues, senior leadership, cross-functional teams and third parties.
Must be a strong presenter, comfortable in front of senior managers, and a solid writer.
Product marketing certification is a plus.
