The Product Marketing team's mission is to help customers discover, evaluate, purchase, advocate for, and succeed with Klaviyo's products. We are full stack — responsible for everything from company positioning and messaging; to GTM strategy and execution for new verticals, product lines, and customer segments; to product launches, enablement, and competitive intelligence; to driving product adoption. You’ll get a front row seat into the inner workings of a hyper growth startup, from business strategy to marketing execution.

We want someone who will help us shape the future of our product launches and convey our innovation momentum to the market as Senior Product Marketing Manager, Launches. How you’ll have an impact

What does a PMM look like at Klaviyo? 

  • Run our quarterly Klaviyo Product Events (KPE) on behalf of the PMM team, organizing the KPE campaign launch strategy, reporting, and internal enablement
  • Own our launch process, evolving it as the business scales and advocating for it across the company
  • Organize our monthly launch events, working closely with marketing channel owners, product managers and leadership, and other PMMs to continually uplevel this regular launch cadence
  • Become an expert on launch metrics, defining how we evaluate launch efficacy and trumpeting our successes throughout the organization

What we’re looking for

  • A seasoned PMM (3+ years) with a deep passion for — and experience in — organizing product launches 
  • A master at project management with sharp analytical skills. Obsessed with making processes and deliverables better every time.
  • Passionate about eCommerce and marketing technology. You see the value of what we do and how Klaviyo can help brands of all sizes take ownership of their data and their growth.
  • Strategic and adaptable, able to prioritize effectively among many competing high-impact opportunities.
  • A storyteller, whose exceptional internal and external communications inspire people and compel them to join your cause.
  • A confident and collaborative teammate who enjoys working closely with other marketing teams, product teams, sales teams, and customer success teams.
  • A deeply empathetic person, who always starts with our customer and works backwards.
  • Scrappy and curious, always questioning the standard way of doing things and finding ways to do it better.
  • A driven achiever who is exceptionally goal-oriented, steady, and uncompromising on quality; who can juggle several ongoing projects with multiple stakeholders while staying organized and calm.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a SaaS and/or Mar-tech company
  • Marketing roles outside of product marketing
  • Experience in a high growth culture
