We centralize customer feedback across all sources, like Twitter, Salesforce, Zendesk, Customer Slack Channels, Community Forum, Surveys, and Gong calls, in one place. We use this feedback to build a custom ML model for each customer, and enable analysis like comparing cohorts, and detecting anomalies on feedback on top of it. Our customers include companies like Notion, The Browser Company, Ironclad, Loom, and several other Product Led Growth decacorns and F500 companies.

About You

• Been there, done that (a little bit at least): 4+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS or technology companies. 
  
  
• Early stage battle scars - Experience with category creation or from being the first product marketer.

• • Develop product messaging and positioning that differentiates our product in this emerging category.
  • Lead the charge to craft a clear ROI narrative for Enterpret.

Product & Feature Launches -

• • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.

Turning Customer Love to Business Growth -

• • Experience in developing customer advocacy programs and leveraging customer love to drive growth

Pricing & Packaging -

• • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.

Strategic Sales Enablement -

• • Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product demos.
