Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. In 2024, we raised a $53M Series B fundraising round with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Showroom, Higharc’s web-based home configuration and visualization experience. Showroom helps prospective homebuyers explore and personalize home designs in real-time—transforming how homes are sold by making a traditionally offline, opaque process transparent and engaging.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of intuitive UI/UX, configuration logic, and commerce strategy. You’ll create an intuitive, engaging experience that helps buyers confidently explore and personalize their future homes. You’ll also equip builder sales and marketing teams with the tools they need to close deals faster.

Higharc is fully remote; this role can sit anywhere in the continental U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for Higharc’s Showroom experience—from vision through execution.
  • Lead product discovery through continuous research with homebuyers, builders, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy, requirements, and thoughtful UX.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver performant, scalable solutions with real user impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to inform GTM strategy and optimize builder success.
  • Define and track success metrics tied to user engagement, conversion, and customer ROI.

About You

You are passionate about transforming the way homes are bought and sold. You believe a great digital experience can simplify big decisions, empower users, and unlock new business models.

You’re a strong product thinker who thrives on solving complex UX and system problems. You have a deep appreciation for visual products, buyer psychology, and technical architecture.

You also have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in modern web-based applications
  • A proven track record of shipping elegant, user-facing features with measurable business impact
  • Experience working on visual configuration tools, ecommerce flows, or interactive front-end products.
  • Experience working on SaaS products for sales and marketing teams, such as CRM or other workflows.
  • Strong customer empathy and clear communication across engineering, design, and business audiences
  • Passion for intuitive UX and data-informed iteration
  • Comfort leading strategy and execution independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to 3D environments or CAD systems such as Revit, Rhino, Unity, or similar
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) or the ability to converse fluently with engineers
  • A background or personal passion in architecture, residential construction, or home design

Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018. We offer flexible hours so you can do your best work without missing out on life. Higharc offers competitive salaries with significant equity, in a fast-growing, well-funded company. Personal healthiness is an important value for us- we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with unlimited PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave. You'll also have access to other big-company benefits such like short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. Haven't worked remotely before? We provide a stipend to create the ideal home office.
