Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Discovery team.
You will report to the VP of Product responsible for the Discovery Collective and as a Senior Product Manager of the Collective, you’ll play a key role in our end-to-end search and discovery strategy. You’ll be in charge of helping our customers find the most relevant pre-loved items (more than 4 million), adjusting to their taste. You will define the metrics you will solve for and lead the product roadmap and its execution by the team. You will work with a team of data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers. You will be working cross-functionally and partner with other business areas, data, and engineering, making sure we solve the most important problem and delivering impactful initiatives that improve our users' experience.
What you’ll do:
- Help define and implement our search and product discovery strategy
- Make sure the team is working on solving the most important problems by defining a strong roadmap based on the short and long-term customer needs and business objectives
- Lead the definition of the key metrics that will measure the success of the teamwork
- Deep dive into our data to find opportunities on how to improve our customers' search experience, working closely with our analytics team and DS
- Be a strong cross-functional team leader, working with people across the organization, such as our regional leads, merchandising team, seller success team, customer experience, and the rest of our tech team to deliver meaningful impact
- Manage our experimentation pipeline on relevance, understanding what helps our customers based on experimentation
- Report to the leadership team the search performance and insights to identify areas where we can positively impact the company's main KPIs
Who you are:
- Customer-centric mindset: work back from customers' problems

- Analytical mindset: strong experience in using a data-informed approach to make product decisions
- Great technical understanding of search products and technologies
- Must have 3+ years of Product Management experience on a team focused on search relevance, recommendations, and/or personalization. eCommerce or two-sided marketplace experience is preferred
- Effective communicator, able to bridge the gap between business and technology
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work effectively in evolving and ambiguous environments
