What we do
As a Senior Product Manager focusing on phone services, your core mission will be to enhance all peripheral services connected to the Phone Assistant. This involves the 3 key areas:
- Scaling connectivity: optimize how practices and establishments connect to the Phone Assistant via telephony setup and voice platforms.
- Improving in-product experience: refine the Phone Assistant's in-product settings, identify synergies with our existing OS features (e.g. patient messaging), and develop new customization capabilities.
- Driving Product-Led Growth: implement strategies to ensure the product's sustainability, including seamless onboarding and effective upsell mechanics.
You will be working alongside other feature teams: the ones in charge of the conversational AI part, patient messaging etc.
Working within the Doctolib Tech & Product team means contributing to the creation of innovative products and features that significantly improve the daily lives of both care teams and patients. We operate in agile feature teams, fostering strong collaboration with product, design, and business teams.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead product strategy for the 3 key areas mentioned above.
- Coordinate with multiple teams for feature integration and patient messaging framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and senior leadership, to develop innovative solutions that align product strategies with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Drive the prioritization and roadmap planning, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team.

Who you are

- You have experience in AI product feature development with a proven track record in conversational AI or voice-based technologies
- You have a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making
- You demonstrate a user-first mindset and can translate user needs into technical requirements
- You are fluent in English, and in German or French (for conducting user research with French-speaking healthcare professionals - B2 level is required)
