As a Senior Product Manager in the Online Payments Tribe, you’ll be part of the team supporting SumUp’s Business growth by providing a scalable, secure and global Online Payments Platform which will facilitate all Card not Present (CNP) transactions - meeting the Online Payments needs of our customers and enabling them to grow.

We are rebuilding our platform using the latest technology and we want you to help us raise the bar and drive these changes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap on behalf of the Online Payments Platform team 
  • Delivery: Prioritise, build and ship the most impactful features for our internal and external stakeholders 
  • Discovery: Find opportunities of improving the ePayments platform for internal teams and external merchants/Partners
  • Participate in agile team rituals, bring the product point of view and voice of the merchant to the table
  • Collaborate in initiatives across tribes and domains

This role will be great if you have the following:

  • Strong experience in the payments industry
  • 5 + years of experience as a product manager
  • You work in a hands-on way with the team to manage the end-to-end process: from discovery to delivery, synthesize results and reports
  • You approach problems in a methodical, data-informed way
  • Beyond just shipping new products, you continue to make product improvements and can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium and large releases
  • You know how to manage and collaborate with stakeholders with diverse mindsets for strategy building and prioritization
  • Experience managing API based products & understanding complex systems; are tech savvy

As a plus:

  • Fintech experience
  • Experience in Go-to-Market Strategies
  • E-commerce experience in either marketplaces, platform providers or pure players
  • Experience in API-First Design
