The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive automation and streamline operations across our organization. This role is pivotal in optimizing processes, enhancing platform usability, and improving operational efficiency for internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and publishers.

In this role, your ability to align strategic thinking with operational execution will drive regional adoption, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. 

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in current operational workflows, particularly in campaign management and billing processes.
  • Lead the automation of manual tasks, enabling seamless campaign creation and management.
  • Drive initiatives to automate invoicing and billing processes, reducing manual overhead and improving accuracy.
  • Streamline end-to-end processes for Commercial and Operations teams), aiming for a 5–10% reduction in operational overhead.
  • Enhance the client experience by optimizing the platform’s user interface (UI) for ease of use by advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
  • Define, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously iterate and improve automated solutions.

About you

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in roles requiring extensive coordination across teams.
  • Proactive and curious mindset, with the drive to identify problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Background in Ad Operations (AdOps), Account Management, or similar roles, providing insight into campaign workflows and client-facing processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and automation solutions; experience with platforms and UI optimization is a plus.
