About the Senior Product Manager, Membership at Headspace Health:

Headspace Health exists to improve the health and happiness of the world, and we’re accelerating our capabilities to deliver on that mission. To do so, we’re looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to develop and execute on strategy and roadmap for the Headspace consumer subscription (i.e., Membership).

Reporting to the Director of Product for Membership, this individual will play a critical role in driving growth of our consumer subscription business. The ideal candidate has experience driving user growth and monetization for a consumer product or service. We’re looking for a curious, entrepreneurial, data-driven and user-centric product leader with a passion for combining mission and business and developing consumer products in an ambiguous environment.

Location: This role is open to remote employees in select US states: California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland + Washington DC, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:

You will lead product strategy and execution for a large portion of the consumer subscription business, prioritizing competing opportunities, balancing user needs with business priorities, driving detailed trade-offs, and articulating the rationale behind your decisions.
You will collaborate with design, research, and marketing to discover unmet user needs and craft innovative, user centric features to address user problems and business opportunities.
You will manage product execution from ideation to launch; shaping and prioritizing requirements, defining success metrics, partnering with design to shape user flows, partnering with Engineering teams to bring the product to life, and partnering with marketing on launch strategy.
You will define key performance metrics for your features, monitor dashboards to understand the state of the business and identify areas of improvement, and report out on results of your A/B tests, in partnership with analytics.
You will partner with Engineering and Design on A/B tests and design sprints, testing your hypotheses in a nimble and scrappy way, using your learnings to shape the roadmap.

What you’ve accomplished:

You have a track record of strong cross functional leadership skills, leading complex projects across a global organization.
You can seamlessly switch from strategy to execution. You can own a functional product area and develop a thoughtful roadmap, but can also pay attention to the details and lead a team to ship a polished product.
You have deep experience with rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and experiment design. You use a data-driven and scrappy approach to test hypotheses and use the learnings to develop your roadmap.
You have exceptional oral and written communication skills with both business and technical teams. You present insights to executives and key stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
You have 4-6 years of product management experience, preferably with at least 2 years working on a consumer product.
Experience driving business growth and monetization a plus.
Experience with consumer subscriptions a plus.
