OVERVIEW
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to come and build the next generation of marketing systems that power our paid marketing and CRM systems, in close partnership with our Marketing teach to continue and supercharge our growth efforts. This role will also partner with engineering and data science to lead our growth data investments to empower Instacart to make better data driven decisions and enable easier access to data across the company
About the Team
The Growth & Membership team is responsible for accelerating the rate of growth of the entire Instacart Business, ensuring that we enable every individual to find the right way shopping for groceries and more online fits into their lifestyle. This team supports that vision by building the foundational platform that empowers the company to move 10x faster with 10x more precision.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Drive our paid marketing tech. Roadmap in partnership with our VP of Performance Marketing including 3rd party tooling, in-house ML investments, and 0>1 initiatives
- Drive our CRM foundations to in partnership with our Director of CRM marketing to empower our team and retailers to talk to our customers and send the right message in the right channel at the right time
- Transform our growth data to accelerate the rate and fidelity of decision making
- Define the 12-18 month strategy for how we can transform our marketing tech and data products to unlock growth across all 4 sides of our marketplace and develop products that we can also offer to retailer whitelabel solutions to help them grow
ABOUT YOU
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years PM experience
- Experience working on data and/or marketing products
- Experience building and shipping tooling products for internal or external customers
- Technical background and ability to define technical requirements for engineer teams as well as working with 3rd part vendors
- Clear and concise communicator in written and verbal communication to internal and external parties
- Background building integrations with 3rd party ad networks (e.g., Google, Meta)
