- Find and use insights, research and data to drive decisions and communicate strategy
- Work quickly and iteratively through experimentation and a ‘test & learn’ mindset
- Have a real impact and influence over the vision for what Cleo will look like in the future
- Support your squad with auditing and prioritising Design System work to be done
- Building relationships with key stakeholders in pillars and chapters across Cleo
- Communicating and educating the product team and wider business on improvements and work being carried out
- Own and help deliver foundational Design System set-up and roll-out
- Help identify and contribute to cross-cutting strategic user experience projects
What we’re looking for:
- As a guide, you’ll ideally have 6+ years of experience within Product and/or Design and 2+ years in product management of a design system or internal tool/platform
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching features that have significantly impacted user and business metrics
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and clearly communicate reasoning.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams through complex, longer-term projects.
- A strong track record of exceptional stakeholder management and prioritising
