What’s the role?
We are looking for a product manager to build app product experiences that engage buyers with the best that Etsy has to offer leading them to revisit and repurchase again and again.
As the app engagement product manager you will be responsible for developing a roadmap of features that encourages buyers to favorite, search and explore Etsy and then use our understanding of their interests to inspire them to return. You will develop your roadmap through qualitative and quantitative research to build features that make it easy for buyers to find new and relevant Items. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Product Management, ReEngage. For this role, we are considering candidates based in The United Stateswho are either remote, flex, or office-based. What’s this team like at Etsy?
The ReEngage team focuses on engaging buyers early in their Etsy journey with relevant features and inventory inspiring them to come back for more shopping missions through relevant notifications. We work closely with our partners in engineering, design, analytics, data science and marketing to create compelling buyer experiences. This year we are working to engage buyers post purchase in related missions to expand their understanding of the breadth of Etsy.
