What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the Product Owner of two key systems
- 1) Enriched Order Streaming Platform that powers use cases like Business Intelligence, CRM Emails, Marketing, and Data Science Modeling.
- 2) Partner Feeds Platform sending order data to our key partners to power the optimization of their business
- Define and document features and communicate product requirements in ways that make sense in the context of an Agile Framework (written, visual, direct conversation) in sufficient detail to allow developers to execute effectively
- Understand product requirements from stakeholders (e.g., executives, Fanatics Inc product managers, Fanatics Inc engineering), integrate requirements into the product roadmap
- Drive on-going prioritization of projects, trade-off discussions, and communication of accurate timelines and status back to stakeholders
- Work with data engineering/data science and other analytics teams to establish data sources that serve teams' business needs, identifying and advocating for process improvements and industry best practices (e.g. metric definitions)
- Support the day-to-day operations by triaging issues, validating data, and communicating to stakeholders
- Monitor and understand the development calendar; know where your products are in the development cycle at all times; manage blockers and dependencies
- Have great attention to detail and vigilance for following through on your work

What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years experience in a consumer internet, e-commerce, business systems analyst, or product management work role
- Someone who loves, lives, and breathes data
- Experience defining and shipping great features and products
- Experience documenting technical product requirements
- Experience using analytics and data to make product decisions
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across an organization effectively
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Passion for technology
- Sense of humor, willingness to laugh at danger and an appreciation of the ironic are all pluses
