We are looking for a driven, talented Sr. Product Manager who will own and manage a variety of robotics and automation solutions in the Supply Chain Tech portfolio that allow us to fulfill orders with rapid speed and efficiency, maximize warehouse capacity, and accurately deliver to our fans. You will work on scalable and transferrable solutions for the Fanatics Global Fulfillment Network, including WMS, WES, WCS, PLC systems. The ideal candidate has a background and passion in deploying robotics and automation in various supply chain/fulfillment center operations, is attuned to building a product roadmap for warehouse automation that is framed by Supply Chain KPIs and success metrics, has cultivated product management skills and experience in agile development, and has a track record of successfully managing complex projects with internal and external technologies across a number of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on Agile Product Management experience with direct ownership of deliverables and product backlog 
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Warehouse Management & Robots / Automated solutions 
  • Proven experience sourcing, implementing, supporting, and managing integrations with in-house and/or third-party vendors for Supply Chain Technology 
  • Proven experience in automated, programmable Goods-to-Person and storage retrieval systems 
  • Knowledge & experience in Supply Chain & Warehouse Automation business processes, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Sortation, etc. and associated KPIs
  • Demonstrates an understanding of AGV/AMR & GTP Technology optimization 
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the benefits in implementing Automation AI and Fulfillment Learning Models for optimized operations 
  • Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis and testing to uncover opportunities
  • Honed Executive-level presentation skills and ability to create meaningful, precise, timely project artifacts and status communication
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of automation and robotics technologies to support our Global Supply Chain and Customer Order Fulfillment technologies in tight partnership with engineering
  • Help to build a product(s) that is highly scalable, transferrable, and observable
  • Drive the definition of product requirements, on-going prioritization, deliverable timelines, and trade-off discussions
  • Provide input, knowledge, and research on key product & vendor decisions in Fulfillment / Distribution Centers and Supply Chain Network
  • Ideate, develop, and present ROI arguments for pursuit of product Roadmap items
  • Define, Create, and Prioritize SW and Quality engineering stories that are scoped appropriately for iterative deliverables against timeline targets in the product roadmap
  • Develop of Functional Specifications as part of design deliverables in partnership with the engineering team to define what is being built to meet stakeholder requirements 
  • Organize, manage, and track tech releases using Agile methodologies
  • Manage external vendors and internal cross-functional teams on large, complex technology implementation projects
  • Own project timelines, budgets, artifacts, summaries, status updates, and overall executive-level communications
  • Ability to manage relationships between the Tech teams, Ops/Supply Chain & Logistics teams, Business stakeholders, and Vendors: Stellar communication - frequently meet with Ops leadership to review issues, new requirements, and prioritization; maintain alignment with partnering product managers and engineering leaders on initiatives and priorities
  • Requires occasional travel to our other offices in (and possibly outside of) the U.S.
