Senior Marketing Designer, Growth, Merchant Bank

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to join our Banking Team to create engaging and compelling acquisition campaigns to ensure SumUp is the first choice for small businesses when looking for a business current account.

This role sits within the Merchant Bank Tribe, which is responsible for building, growing & supporting SumUp’s new banking products. We pride ourselves on our close collaboration, transparency, and placing our merchant base of over 3 million business owners globally at the heart of each decision we make. User research and continuous knowledge building are the foundation for these decisions.

As (Senior) Marketing Designer you’ll work directly with our Product Marketing and Marketing teams developing digital, web and physical marketing assets. You will focus on the visual marketing design for our marketing touch points, visuals for our blog content, emails for our user journey and social media campaigns. As part of the Brand Design team, you will make sure that our visual language stays consistent across all the channels. 

You’ll be great for this role if

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Brand, Marketing or Communication Designer with a focus on digital and web environments.

• You’re familiar with modern design tools and services and have experience in the whole design process of digital and web assets.

• You have a strong design aesthetic— user experience and web development experience is a plus.

• You have strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills. 

• You are able to share your portfolio with us that ideally showcases digital brand designs, photography and product design examples
