Senior Group Manager, Product Marketing

Reddit is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to lead a team of product marketers for Reddit Ads that includes all core ads products such as the ads platform, targeting, performance and more. This person will be responsible for inbound and go-to-market functions, working closely with product, sales, marketing and comms to represent customer needs internally and grow adoption externally. In this role, you will help shape the solutions that enable our marketing partners and introduce them in existing markets to maximize impact. The ideal candidate has experience managing and building teams. Cultivating strong cross-functional relationships, and helping shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies are key areas of focus for this role. In addition, this person should have a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry and current market trends.

This role is flexible to be remote within the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of 4+ product marketers
• Drive customer-centric decision making across functions, working closely with product, sales, and operations 
• Work across business (marcomms, sales, etc) functions to develop global go-to-market strategy, including both new product launches and market growth for existing solutions 
• Partner with product to influence business priorities and strategies based on customer needs and market opportunities 
• Proactively manage and adjust processes to enable the team’s executions 
• Build cross-functional relationships that help drive alignment and effective partnerships across teams to execute strategy 
• Support a psychologically safe environment for the team and cultivate an open culture of feedback and growth mindset
• Become an expert in Reddits marketing solutions & customer needs

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience working in B2B product, product marketing, marketing or a related field
• 7+ years of experience with digital advertising platform and/or digital advertising
• Experience managing team of FTEs and contractors
• Outstanding communication skills, structured thinking, and exceptional writing ability
• Track record influencing product roadmaps and developing scalable go-to-market strategies 
• Experience developing product messaging and delivering results
• Knowledgeable about digital advertising industry
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving
• High attention to detail
