About the Team:

Product managers at Okcoin are the CEOs of their areas of focus. We develop growth-focused product strategies, manage cost/profitability and then deliver powerful strategies that guide customers through simple transaction workflows. We are building an integrated and beautiful crypto-finance experience for mobile and web. Product managers collaborate across business units and align user research, design, UX writers, brand and marketing, technical project management and engineering, testing, data, compliance and legal teams. We are a multi-cultural and decentralized team with a deep passion for bitcoin, crypto and Defi. We are objective oriented and everyone contributes to data analysis to drive business growth.

The ARC (account security, risks, compliance) product team develops risk-based strategies, manage account security/ease-of-use, and then deliver low-friction tactics that guide customers through the steps to secure their accounts. It is an integral part of the beautiful crypto-finance experience Okcoin provides for mobile and web. Product Operations Manager collaborates across both internal and external cross-function stakeholders to improve the execution and quality assurance efficiency of what we are building.

About the Opportunity: 

As a Product Operations Manager on the ARC product team, you will support product execution and product readiness by working with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, compliance, legal & customer support to ensure the due diligence during project execution and release quality. You will also have the opportunities working with our software vendors as a part of the whole ecosystem of the functions that this team is overseeing. 

You will help support from an operational excellence perspective to optimize for a successful product launch, go to market programs and beta user/early access programs for new initiatives. This role is tackling execution blind spots and ensuring our product quality is designed to scale to the next 10 million projected users and beyond. ARC team is passionate about delivering an excellent and low-friction customer experience with added security and privacy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end business program management and execution from program design to post-launch
• Become ARC’s Point of Contact liaising business and operations stakeholders upstream and downstream; drive execution milestones; enable high level of alignment across stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate, and drive processes for user acceptance testing, launching, rollout and monitoring of new products and features
• Establish lean processes to help execution effectively, with a focus on productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate all aspects of go to market readiness including product quality and scalability, cross-functional training/demo, playbooks, CX resolution monitoring and mitigation paths, FAQs, post-launch monitoring etc
• Make data-driven decisions and be able to leverage data as an input to growth strategy. Surfacing customer feedback and operational inefficiency to validate requirements and proposed solutions
• Troubleshoot and triage implementation and vendor issues & monitor fixes
• Achieve project goals while managing scope, time, quality and risk, and learn from failures as well as successes

What We Look For In You:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience of program management, project coordination or release management in an international environment
• BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
• Superior data-driven mindset, organizational skills and impeccable follow-through on tasks
• Passion for project management, with cross-functional team leadership skills
• Ability to monitor multiple project schedules simultaneously, identify risks/blind spots, and clearly communicate goals to project partners
• Attention to detail, balanced with an ability to prioritize issues and propose solutions to new / complex situations with multiple partners
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

• Release management, or customer success management experience
• Passion for account security and identity in the crypto era
