About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to serve as a key member of Glassdoor’s go-to-market team for at least 6 months.

In this high-impact role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of our B2B business and customer base, contribute to product feature launches, build customer-facing pitch decks, and lead Product Marketing’s communications with our sales organization.

This is a strong fit for someone who is customer-centric, who identifies as a self-starter and excels in forging strong cross-functional partnerships, and who’s committed to growing their storytelling skills.

The role reports to the Sr. Manager, B2B Product Marketing and is flexible based on location.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive development of messaging that inspires customers by collaborating with product managers and go-to-market leaders
  • Bring key product features to market and synthesize market, customer success, and sales needs to help inform our sales enablement and campaign strategies
  • Support the development of relevant content and sales assets (sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, white papers, web content, webinars, blogs, talk tracks, messaging guides, etc.) that help establish Glassdoor as an inspiring leader in our category
  • Learn the foundations of product marketing related to market and customer research and go-to-market strategy and positioning
  • Develop expertise in the employer branding space and a deep knowledge of Glassdoor’s B2B solutions and clients
  • Represent the voice of the customer across your work

What You’ll Bring

  • A commitment to add  to our culture of DEI

  • 3+ years of strategic and analytical experience, preferably in marketing and/or technology
  • Experience working cross-functionally to develop messaging and content, with a knack for storytelling
  • Passion for learning about product marketing and the HR technology space
  • A sense of ownership, organization, and ability to balance strategic and tactical work
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building strong, collaborative cross-functional partnerships

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly compensation:  $50 - 65 

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.
