The B2C Product Marketing Department is responsible for ensuring the adoption, engagement and satisfaction of our patient users on Doctolib. You will be part of a team of 5 people dedicated to building and improving the patient search experience on Doctolib.

Directly reporting to our global Product Marketing Manager for the Patient Search Experience, you will work closely with many strategic teams, including but not limited to Product, B2C Marketing, Data, Go-to-Market, Sales, Deployment, and B2B Product Marketing.

What will be your mission at Doctolib?

As a Product Marketing Specialist, Patient Search Experience, you will use the tools of standardized content, in-app messaging and email marketing to shape a clear and understandable experience when searching for a practitioner and booking an appointment on Doctolib. Your efforts ultimately will boost patient education, drive patient engagement and improve their satisfaction with the search experience.

Your North Star KPIs will be Patient Satisfaction, CVR Searching and new patient engagement in Italy.

What you'll do

  • Build and improve the quality of standardized content (e.g. medical specialty names, visit motives, search keywords, instructions given to patients etc.), within search and practitioner profile pages, by ensuring elements respect a clear list of rules e.g. applicable for the identified section, relevant for the specialty of the practitioner, legally compliant (with Italian public health organizations) and well understood by patients
  • Handle internal support requests to create new standardized content elements
  • Provide data-driven insights on patient needs, usage, objections & satisfaction
  • Craft impactful campaigns (email, inapp), including segmentation, positioning, message, goal, design, tests and go live
  • Guide Go-to-Market and sales team on how to best educate HCPs on product usage
  • Co-build catchy marketing assets (e.g. emails, landing pages, motion design videos)
  • Suggest and implement product presentation adaptations on our website and monitor website pages performance

Who you are

  • You have 2+ years of experience in online marketing, product marketing or customer engagement, ideally in a fast-growing tech company / start-up or in consulting
  • You have a background in content production, copywriting or UX writing
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian (native is a must) and English
  • You are methodical and thorough, and you pay strong attention to details
  • You like to solve problems and you consider yourself as a critical thinker
  • You have strong personal organization and project management abilities, being comfortable with with large amount of requests and know how to prioritize
  • You are autonomous, with a driven entrepreneurship mindset and are able to work in a quick evolving environment
  •  You recognize yourself in the SCALES values of Doctolib (Service, Care, Act, Learn, Enjoy, Structure)
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector or some interest in the industry are nice to have and a passion to improve healthcare experience for patients from Day 1 is a must!
