THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to our Marketing team in São Paulo, Brazil

This person will develop complete Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and compelling messaging for subscriptions, pricing, and promotion launches and updates. You’ll also be working across teams to uncover value propositions, understand our subscriptions and personas, enable teams, and project manage releases from initial ideation all the way to public launch.

Product Marketing is the company’s most cross-functional role. This person will directly collaborate with and influence Value Management, Marketing, Sales, CS, CX, and Product Development so we can achieve critical goals like: product adoption, marketing pipeline, opportunity conversion, revenue, and client retention; all with our customers and users in mind. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: You’ll ideate, project manage, and launch GTM programs that align to Gympass’ offering updates and releases. You’ll work closely with the Value Management team to understand the details of new user plans and promotions, translating these initiatives into customer-facing messaging, succinct communication strategies, and proving its overall value.  
  • Develop engaging messaging: Create content that educates audiences about our product's value proposition and ensures they still perceive value through changes like pricing adjustments or partner reallocations in premium plans. This content will serve as a basis for crafting various communications, including transactional emails, internal training resources, FAQs, and sales collateral - and more!
  • Cross-Functional: You’ll work with a diverse and talented team of brand, revenue, content, web, and technical marketers to create content, build presentations, launch campaigns, and deploy a variety of digital and in-person experiences to fuel pipeline;
  • Customer-Facing: You’ll be the ultimate advocate of Gympass’ various audiences by engaging with customers, prospects, and users to identify gaps, needs, and opportunities for improvement regarding overall updates and process;
  • Enablement skills: You’ll educate and inspire confidence with internal/external stakeholders on Gympass’ plans offering  – and the true value behind them.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Fluent English for both written and verbal communication. As part of a global team, all Product Marketing activities, collateral creation, and enablement sessions are conducted in English;
  • Clear understanding of the Product Marketing scope and wish to pursue that career path;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: You will manage multiple projects at the same time and your launch plans will be the source of truth for the whole company;
  • Ability to sell ideas through creative & innovative presentations, and previous experience in public speaking or enabling/training teams;
  • 3-5 years executing product marketing-related activities knowingly;
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, growth, market and user research, product management, & people enablement best practices;
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships;
  • Adept at problem-solving in high-pressure situations and thriving within tight deadlines, demonstrating a proactive approach when navigating challenges;
  • Have led previous product, feature, or business rule launches.
