Stytch is the platform for user authentication. We make it simple for developers to build complex, passwordless authentication flows in minutes. As our first product marketing hire, you’ll work alongside the co-founders on the most pressing marketing initiatives at Stytch.

Our Product Marketing team generates customer insights that inform our product strategy, lead go-to-market for our suite of products, and create and execute campaigns to drive product growth. This is a highly cross-functional role, where you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Design, and Developer Relations. Our Product Marketing team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.

What excites you

  • Learning new skills in a fast paced environment

  • Shaping the culture and growing the team through recruiting, mentorship, and establishing best practices

  • A collaborative environment with a tight feedback loop

  • Solving problems with pragmatic solutions — you know when to make trade offs between navigating complexity and quickly implementing an interim solution

  • Deriving user insights and communicating those internally to help shape product strategy

  • Finding novel ways to attract developers to try out Stytch

  • Bringing structure and process to undefined problem spaces

  • Digging through data to drive insights for our product marketing strategy

What excites us

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A strong marketing generalist that blends quantitative and qualitative data into their approach

  • A deep sense of empathy for our customers and their end-users

  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts

  • Desire to get (more) technical and learn more about Stytch’s APIs

  • Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed

  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity

You might

  • Identify and execute campaigns to drive ongoing adoption and growth of the product.

  • Lead cross-channel go-to-market strategy

  • Experiment with novel channels for acquiring customers -- when there aren’t clear ways to calculate ROI on a channel, you recognize the need to blend other qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess these channels

  • Help create the marketing campaign for a new product launch

  • Identify ways to improve our website and onboarding experience to reduce the time to integration for Stytch developers

What success looks like

  • Ownership — advocate for projects and processes that you believe in and help us bring those solutions to life

  • Intellectual curiosity — identify and research new channels for expanding Stytch’s reach to developers

  • Communication -- you are a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills

We're looking to hire a GREAT team and that means hiring people who are highly empathetic, ambitious, and excited about building the future of user authentication. You should feel empowered to apply for this role even if your experience doesn't exactly match up to our job description (our job descriptions are directional and not perfect recipes for exactly what we need).

We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workspace where everyone (regardless of age, education, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or any personal characteristics) feels like they belong. We look forward to hearing from you!
