Core PMMs at Ironclad own go-to-market strategy for core products. Their job is to make their product lines successful in the market and with customers, and be the strategic experts when it comes to the market and competitive landscape. They are champions of their products, and define and manage end-to-end GTM strategy for their product areas. We are looking for a versatile Product Marketer with experience in: developing both strong positioning and compelling messaging, launch planning, collaborating with product and other cross-functional teams, sales and customer success enablement, and creating high impact content to fuel customer-facing campaigns. The right candidate is a self-starter who drives action and results; is comfortable flexing between strategy and execution; and demonstrates a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the subject matter expert across our product portfolio; understand the technical ins and outs of how it works.
  • Create compelling roadmap messaging, product demo paths for customer presentations, sales presentations, events, and analyst briefings.
  • Define and manage end-to-end GTM strategy for your product areas, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, competitive and market intelligence, and customer adoption. 
  • Build product marketing programs and frameworks to promote Ironclad’s products and services, internally and externally, and drive organizational excellence.
  • Develop insights based on product usage data, voice of customer, campaign effectiveness, and industry trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible results.

What we are looking for:

  • Love and understand great technology products; experience within SaaS B2B companies is a plus!
  • Experience crafting compelling, value-driven product messaging and positioning.
  • Technical competence (knowing the technical ins and outs of how their product works). 
  • Great at simplifying complex technical requirements into plain English.
  • Exhibits customer empathy and puts the customer first in everything they do.
  • High drive and high ownership and accountability to team KPIs Strong skills in communication, presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally.
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
