What our future Product Marketing Manager, Communities will do @ Libeo!
As a Libeo Product Marketing Manager focused on verticalizing our GTM strategy, you will join the global Corporate Marketing & Communications team and will report directly to Laura, our Senior Product Marketing Manager. You will focus on 4-5 core customer audiences (mostly: SME business owners, Chartered Accountants, Accountants, CFOs) and lead the strategy for how we translate the value of our product to the specific needs of those core audiences.
Here’s an overview of your future responsibilities:
- Be the expert of our communities. Build and maintain a deep understanding of vertical needs and pain points within each of our core audiences through research and analyst interactions.
- Create and maintain awareness of competing offers in our markets, and how we stack up (we use Crayon for Competitive Intelligence).
- Continuously enrich and maintain buyer and user personas, positioning, and product messaging.
- Translate your knowledge into recommendations for the overall GTM strategy for new products & releases: marketing campaigns, messaging, sales enablement, etc.
- Create industry/vertical-specific thought leadership materials in cooperation with our Content Studio Manager, to help the market understand the potential impact our products can have on their business.
- Work with our customers to cultivate success stories that can be translated into customer-facing collateral.
- Partner with Product Management on user research activities, product adoption initiatives, and new offerings for targeted communities.
Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
Our Product Marketing Manager, Communities would be someone with:
- 3+ years in product marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills, in French & English
- Keen ability to bring an audience-centric perspective into go-to-market & product development processes, as well as create laser-focused messaging and content
- Appetite to work in cross-functional environments and bring alignment across Product, Marketing, Growth & customer-facing teams
- Experience or knowledge of the finance/accounting world is a plus
