The Role
Divido is a retail finance software platform that enables lenders, retailers and payments processors to provide checkout finance to their customers. The Divido marketing team is evolving in order to support the strategic growth of the business, transitioning to a robust data-driven inbound marketing engine that works seamlessly with sales to drive revenue growth.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager you will be a crucial link between product, sales and marketing to ensure our product meets the needs of our customers and that our teams have the tools to take it to market effectively. With an element of internal and external communications, and a focus on ensuring our clients understand and are excited about the journey we are taking them on, you’ll help to develop and drive the product marketing strategy and be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Championing the product internally and externally, supporting the Product marketing manager in the development of great positioning and messaging with clearly defined value propositions.
  • Gathering and sharing market knowledge and intelligence, analysing market trends, understanding customer pain points, competitor offerings and propositions as well as gathering insight and feedback to drive new capabilities to inform the product roadmap.
  • Developing effective relationships with key product, development and sales stakeholders.
  • Working closely with sales to educate and engage, giving them the knowledge and tools to take the solution to market more effectively.
  • Creating product focused collateral and communications to launch new product versions, features and functionality to prospects, customers, partners and the media in the most appropriate way, ensuring adoption and market penetration.
  • Producing buyer focused messaging, customer sales presentations and creating solution content to articulate value of our product.
  • Enabling sales through the development of competitor battlecards, prospecting tools, bottom of the funnel content and strategies.
  • Marketing/communicating to the existing customer base to help build brand advocates and customer retention.

Requirements

  • With an analytical and inquisitive mind and a passion for interrogating data to understand performance and identify opportunities for growth, you will be confident at managing concurrent projects and campaigns and able to prioritise your workload accordingly. The ideal candidates will have:
  • 12-18 months experience in a B2B Product Marketing role , or 2 years+ marketing experience for B2B SaaS products would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong track record of product adoption and contribution to existing customer base revenue growth
  • Insight and data driven with a clear commercial approach
  • Highly numerate, with analytical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative.
  • An interest in Fintech / BNPL / Consumer Finance products
