About the role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join Deliveroo’s Loyalty team. You will contribute to the end-to-end membership experience of Deliveroo Plus. You will champion Deliveroo’s most valuable customers, supporting the creation of marketing strategies, go-to-market plans and product launches. Day-to-day you will  collaborate with the Loyalty, Central Marketing, Local Marketing, Product and Tech teams, and will help drive emotional engagement and long-term value amongst our target audience. You will report into the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Plus and work under a hybrid model between our head office and home.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategies for global Loyalty initiatives including targeted marketing campaigns and product feature launches for Deliveroo Plus and Plus distribution partnerships. 
  • Support the creation of marketing campaigns, working with local marketing teams. Manage the creative development process, from briefing agencies to execution. All with the purpose to improve customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
  • Manage the global Loyalty promotional calendar, coordinating with local market teams and central marketing channel owners to ensure campaigns are delivering value to customers and driving overall business impact. 
  • Work with the CRM team to manage the Loyalty Lifecycle & Engagement CRM calendar, optimising existing channel strategy and identifying opportunities to drive incremental value at every stage of a member’s lifecycle through the channel. 
  • Understand our target audience and the drivers of emotional and long-term loyalty to inform and create future marketing campaigns. 
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders & partners,  collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, operations, legal, customer care, data science and analytics to ensure seamless project or campaign execution. 
  • Monitor, analyse and share post campaign and feature performance, providing regular insights to the Loyalty team, local market teams, external partners and the wider business. 
  • Lead ongoing competitor reporting for the Loyalty team - broader competitor analysis to be conducted and shared with all key central and local teams on regular cadence. 

Requirements

  • Experience with go-to-market activities, project management or marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to gather and interpret data, generate insights and make data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency or expertise in CRM systems such as Braze is preferred
