Product Manager - Voicebot

We are looking for a Product Manager - Voicebot who is excited about working in a start-up and will thrive in a fun, everchanging - challenging environment.

The candidate must have knowledge and experience in the telecoms sector, with sufficient confidence to coordinate the implementation activities between our clients and our technological partners in the countries we operate.

You will be in charge of:

• The Voicebot innovation and evolution (collect queries from the market, provide developerswith instructions about the new features to implement in this module, etc...).
• Analyze and support Project Managers and consultants to connect our clients infrastructure to TT Voicebot;
• Liaise with our platform providers and technical partners to troubleshoot any issues;
• Writing and reviewing technical documentation about the Voicebot;
• Train the internal team about the Voicebot module;

Requirements

We’re searching people with a broad understanding of networking technologies in the telecoms field with knowledge and experience on:

• Hosted telephony and VoIP;
• SIP;
• Knowledge of Asterisk, Free PBX and the market standard software for telephony;
• Twilio and Vonage (optional);
• Excellent communication skills - using language with precision, easily presenting arguments;
• Can build trust with different levels of specialists and managers in an organization;
• Proactive, focused, persistent;
• Fluent in English.
