Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Product Manager to join the Seller experience collective in London.

Reporting to the VP Product, you'll spearhead identifying challenges and opportunities for individual sellers' efficient listing and selling experiences. Key among your responsibilities will be defining and executing the strategic roadmap for your team. This will involve close collaboration with various teams such as business, product marketing, design, and technology to deliver positive impact. 

Your role involves improving individual seller acquisition and retention, with a particular focus on pricing. Responsibilities span multiple touchpoints on our platforms, from optimizing listing and pricing, to leveraging the potential of negotiations, chat interactions and other selling tools to drive supply liquidity. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ownership & Roadmap: take full ownership of the C2C seller experience product and its roadmap, aligning priorities with stakeholders.
  • Metrics & KPIs: define clear metrics and KPIs to measure feature success and impact on seller funnel metrics.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: lead roadmap for the team composed of Engineers, QA, and Data Scientists, collaborating closely with the Engineering Manager.
  • Rollout Strategy: develop rollout plans, including A/B tests, to maximize value for sellers during feature launches.
  • Post-launch Analysis: monitor the impact of launched features, analyze feedback, and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Iterative Improvement: drive continuous improvement by iterating on the product roadmap based on user feedback and insights.

Who you are

  • Customer-centric, work back from customers problems
  • Passionate about scaling products and improving efficiency, “platform” mindset
  • From 5 years experience in a product-centric position with a proven track record of shipping products impacting KPIs
  • Analytical mindset: strong experience in using a data-informed approach to make product decisions
  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new and creative perspective on existing solutions
  • Extensive experience in working with engineering teams (in-house and off-shore) using Agile development methodologies
  • Effective communicator, able to bridge the gap between business and technology
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and impact-oriented
