We're looking for a motivated Product Manager to join Supermetrics.

  • Role type: Permanent
  • Location: Helsinki (hybrid), Dublin (hybrid), or UK (remote)
  • Level: Entry Level / Junior (1-3 years experience). 

In this role, you will:

Contribute to getting Supermetrics products into the hands of our customers to solve their data problems, working closely with experienced product managers and cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the product strategy for Data Integrations, working with senior product managers to ensure alignment with our vision and customer needs.
  • Assisting in gathering customer insights and feedback to continuously improve and expand the value of your product area.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support effective feature release and adoption, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics to measure the effectiveness and adoption of your products, contributing to future initiatives.
  • Assisting in prioritizing features and improvements on the roadmap, learning how to balance customer needs and strategic priorities.
  • Working alongside product development teams to discover, plan and build in an agile-first approach following our software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).

For this position, you:

Must have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technical Customer Support, or a related field that shows an understanding of the product development process.
  • Written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Customer-first approach with an interest in gathering and considering customer feedback
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable value

Should have:

  • Focus on solving problems
  • Experience with a technical SaaS product
  • Technical know-how, either from an engineering/data background or technically-focussed product support roles
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in working with sales and marketing functions to position and promote technical products

Could have:

  • Experience working in a global organization with remote teams across multiple timezone
