We are looking for a  Product Manager to join our Records Management System (RMS) team. This role is open to Product Managers on a senior level as well. You will be providing solutions for public safety professionals that improve the quality of life for our first responders and those that support them. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll collaborate closely with Engineers, Designers, Solutions Architects, Customers and Sales team members. As a Senior Product Manager on our RMS team, you’ll iterate on existing features, user experiences, technology modernization, and bring new features within our Mark43 platform from concept to launch. You will also be an integral part of structuring our RMS for new and existing market expansion.

What You’ll Do

If you were part of our product team, here are some things you may have done last week:

  • Worked with the Engineering and Design teams to solution and plan RMS features, updates and technical modernization
  • Iterated on an existing RMS features to drive user adoption and delight users
  • Contributed to and revised the RMS product backlog based on customer and market insights
  • Collected requirements, established success metrics, collaborated with design, and worked towards execution for the feature sets you own
  • Worked with stakeholders (customers, internal subject matter experts, vendors, technical resources, etc.) to craft and revise requirements to guide design and engineering
  • Ensured delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations
  • Provided product expertise to internal teams like sales, support and professional services
  • Clearly communicated problem statements and led ideation sessions with stakeholders 
  • Monitored metrics to help you make data driven product decisions
  • Further immersed yourself in the end-user experience via customer facing activities, such as solution refinement, show-and-tells, ride-along opportunities and communications center site visits

What You’ll Need

We are looking for someone with 4-7 years working experience as a Product Manager or product leader, preferably with enterprise SaaS experience. You should have demonstrated experience overseeing a software product from concept to launch. In order to be successful in this role, you will need the business, design, and tech acumen to have productive discussions with sales team members, designers and engineers. You will also need strong story-telling skills in order to garner enthusiasm from internal and external stakeholders of the products you work on. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to utilize them to channel the points-of-view of a wide range of stakeholders.

Our HQ is located in New York, however, the company has shifted to a hybrid work environment. We welcome candidates who wish to work remotely, as long as they are able to travel up to 25% of the time once safe travel fully resumes.
