Minimum of 5+ years of B2C or B2B product management experience.
Proven track record for building, launching and scaling successful products. Can take an idea/opportunity from a problem statement to a beautiful final product.

Our client is a Web3 incubator that develops tokenized communities focused on humanity’s passions.
They are seeking a Product Manager for their first community. The PM will guide the design and development of both their product offering and platform.
This role reports directly to the Head of Product and will ultimately lead product efforts for other communities as they grow. If that gets you fired up and you have a passion for consumer technology, wine or Web3 technologies, they want to hear from you!
Note: They prefer this to be a contract-to-hire position, since this will enable us to get to know each other before making a long-term commitment.
The role is fully remote, with most of the team located in Southern California. Because they are targeting U.S. consumers, you must be located in North America.
Product Ownership: Lead product vision, strategy, development, and successful execution of new product initiatives and features.
User experience: You will own the user experience for their NFT mints, and the user benefits that come bundled with our client's NFTs. These include their virtual winemaking experience, wine club, IRL experiences at their vineyard and more. .
Customer Focus: Be the advocate for their customers (internal and external) and understand the needs of their community to build delightful experiences.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, data, QA, and other teams to build out an amazing product.
Communication: Articulate the problem you’re solving, the vision you are going after, write crisp and clear requirements and communicate the challenges and constraints to senior management and various stakeholders.
Influence: Break down large projects into milestones, make trade-off decisions while balancing the nuances of implementation details and time-to-market needs, and get buy-in from cross-functional teams.
Data-informed decision-making: Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies and competitive analysis to drive product decisions.
Analytics: Focus on product instrumentation and analytics and iterate based on data and user insights.
