About The Role
As the Monetization Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind how our members pay, how our Community Managers (CMs) earn, and how they understand their earnings and payouts. Your role is essential to optimizing revenue, user satisfaction, and platform growth.

What You Will Do?

Monetization Strategy Ownership:
  • Define and execute strategies for member payments and CM earnings.
  • Enhance CM understanding of earnings and payouts through the "Money Tab."
Payment Gateways Management:
  • Design the required payment features or payment products for Nas.io in different markets.
  • Oversee and optimize different payment gateways to ensure seamless transactions.
Revenue Growth Initiatives:
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
  • Explore new monetization methods to help CMs earn or to member conversion rates
  • Reduce churn, unsubscriptions and payment failure.
Day-to-day
  • Actively engage with user feedback to understand concerns and opportunities.
  • Continuously discover new monetization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product designers, engineers and stakeholders to develop monetization features.
  • Drive product adoption and usage through close collaboration with marketing and risk teams.
  • Monitor customer feedback to optimize the product experience.
Qualities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing complex projects.
  • Quick learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to take calculated risks.
  • Proactive with a strong bias for action to drive results.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging research and analytics for decision-making.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management.
