About the Role

The mission of the member experience team is to create a caring and delightful benefits experience for our members. You'll work closely with leadership and contribute toward the product strategy for this team. You'll develop deep understandings of the needs of our members and craft thoughtful experiences that make using their benefits enjoyable.

You Will

  • Help drive the product roadmap and develop strategies to increase activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Identify and own key north star metrics to effectively create a happy and engaged member experience.

  • Work closely with the data and technical teams to build models and solutions for features like recommendations, discovery, search, and personalization.

  • Work closely with engineering and design to find the balance between accessibility, feasibility, and aesthetic.

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of PM experience, B2C experience highly desired.

  • Superb prioritization, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to understand deeply about complex problems and develop clear rationale to bring people onboard.

  • Proven track record of delivering features that have significantly increased engagement and retention.

  • Experience working with a data team is a strong plus.

  • Experience with user engagement is a strong plus.
