About this position:

As part of the product management team, you will be responsible for driving critical product innovations forward in the Leadr product. You will research, plan, and execute new product investments, working closely with our design and engineering teams. 

You Will:
-Deeply understand the needs of our customers to build products with great product market fit.
-Create and communicate compelling product plans.
-Own scoping and execution for new and existing product features.
-Drive projects through to completion, providing detailed progress metrics during build and thorough, insightful analysis of results post-launch.
-Work closely with design and engineering to create compelling high-quality customer experiences.
-Manage ongoing trade-offs in market fit, usability, cost, and performance.
-Analyze market and trends to inform new recommendations.

We are a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team. You’ll need to come equipped with the motivation, talent, and experience to make an outsized impact:

  • 2+ years experience as a product manager for a software product, B2B or B2C cloud experience preferred.
  • A proven track record of software product management
  • Contagious energy to inspire those around you in pursuit of success.
  • Passionate drive and extraordinary ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and executives.
  • Experience creating high-fidelity specs and documentation.
  • Experience achieving business outcomes through user-centered design.
  • Experience working with UX and engineering teams; deep commitment to customers and team collaboration.
  • Ability to evaluate and discuss technical concepts.
  • Passion for web-based SaaS software.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build consensus.
  • Experience with agile development processes and frequent product release cycles.

What can you expect for your interview process?
While not all candidates will complete the entire process, here’s what it looks like from start to finish. We’ll keep communication open the entire way so you always know where you stand.

Complete the Kick-Off Interview Form, which is part of our application process. We will reference your answers as we interview you.

We promise we won’t make you retype your resume into another form, we value your time.

- A 30 minute intro call with our recruitment team.
We'll use this time to share more information about the role, the needed requirements, history of our company, etc. Think "general get to know one another call".

- A 45-60 minute ‘coffee connect’ with the role's hiring manager either by video call or in-person.
We’ll use this time to make sure you possess the minimum skills we think are required to accomplish the key objectives.

- A 30-45 minute Culture Interview either by video call or in-person.
We’ll use this time to simply get to know you as a person and hear more about your story, as well as, allow you to further access our team's culture, the way we operate, etc.

- A 1-2 hour in-depth interview + practical exercise.
This can be done either by video call or in-person. We’ll dig into how you would go about accomplishing the objectives we shared for the role and your past experience doing similar work.

- And finally, the Offer letter is sent. Welcome to the team!
