- Technical experience working with system integration - EXP with API's
- eCommerce supply chain experience
- Prioritization and scope management experience
- Experience leading work in a cross functional agile environment (Safe or other larger organization experience)
- Ability to manage product milestones against team capacity
- Has exceptional interpersonal skills, exceptional client facing/consulting skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Understands complex business problems and can effectively translate them to technical and/or process requirements
- Deep understanding of Agile or lean best practices and testing methodologies
- Pre-empts problems, captures opportunities and takes initiative
- Takes ownership for responsibilities, including actions and outcome
- Proactive and quick to learn
- Establishes priorities and develops clear, efficient and logical approaches to meet set deadlines and to achieve goals

SKILLS:
5+ years in a similar role, or combination of Sr Business Analyst / Project Management experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Music industry or other entertainment industry participation preferred
Education: BA/BS or equivalent work experience

What you’ll be working on
The primary focus for the eComm Tech Product Manager is to prioritize work against clear outcome-oriented goals, collaborate with business owners to validate customer and business value and reduce uncertainty that the product or business capability will succeed. The eComm Tech Product Manager will accomplish this by working with an Agile development team to ensure the technology solutions meet these outcome-oriented goals and will communicate this effectively by managing the team's product roadmap.
The eComm Tech Product Manager will manage product milestones against the assigned development team's capacity to ensure that required capabilities are delivered successfully.
Manage product milestones against the assigned development team's capacity
Manage a product roadmap based on business value, strategy and outcome-oriented goals
Manage the feature definition of the product by establishing the backlog and working with business analysts to create user stories for the development team
Groom and prioritize work in the backlog
Accept the completed user stories to make sure the work fulfills the criteria
Communication with the business on delivered system capabilities
Communicate resolution of incidents to stakeholders, including root cause analysis
Serve as a subject matter expert to the Agile team and provide direction on technology solutions meeting business needs
Serve as a subject matter expert on industry standard eComm services and integrations
Serve as a subject matter expert to the business, providing input on optimizing business processes vs technology solutions (and vice versa when applicable)
