As a Product manager, you will work alongside our design team, and under the leadership of the VP Software and Product. Your job will be to help create and shape software products for our Dreem Labs activities, delivering state of the art sleep measurement and analysis to research labs and pharmaceutical groups for different use cases. On a typical day, you'll listen to our user feedback and stakeholders, before looking for solutions with our design team, building features and scheduling them for development depending on the priority you would assign them. Once those features are developed, you will test them with our end users to gather feedback and feed the continuous improvement of our products.
Key Missions & Responsibilities
- Discussing user feedback with our support team or product research to grasp the underlying issues in the experience and conceptualize solutions with our designers.
- Writing clear specifications and evaluating the development effort needed to build such a feature.
- Monitoring the development cycle of the features with daily interactions with the developers
- Quantifying your objectives in terms of measurable KPI and discussing with the analytics team on how to gather usable data.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product.
- Ensuring your feature is rightly tested both technically and in terms of usability.
- Ensuring the end user experience is frictionless
- Consolidate our value proposition and adapt our product offers in collaboration with the stakeholders
- Challenging the product if you feel there is room for improvement in the user experience.
- Challenging the organization if you feel there is room for improvement in the processes.
