Your Role

Our Conversion team is responsible for the conversion phase of the User Journey at Grover.
This includes the Product Detail Page (PDP), the Order Process (Checkout), and the submission of orders into our systems. The goal of the Conversion team is to provide customers with confidence, independence, and success when shopping at Grover.

As the Product Manager in the Conversion team, you will be responsible for:

  • Improving the B2C user experience of our conversion stage in the user journey on our website and native apps.
  • Translating our data, user research findings, and stakeholder requests into product opportunities that we can use to improve Grover.
  • Creating and implementing clear product concepts in collaboration with product, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Leading product discovery by participating in design sprints and conducting user testing such as A/B testing, usability testing, or similar.
  • Supporting the development team in delivering features and (technical) improvements.
  • Frequently reviewing results and deep-dive into data to understand customer behavior.
  • Developing the product strategy for the conversion stage in the user journey.
  • Collaborating closely with your team of engineers, designers, as well as key stakeholders.

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager with:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in product management
  • Ideally, you have already worked in a B2C context and gained experience with conversion optimization
  • Knowledge of data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of modern product discovery techniques
  • Experience in managing different types of stakeholders
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to work and taking responsibility
  • Knowledge of agile methods such as SCRUM and Kanban
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in Europe (Berlin is a plus)
