We help over 9500 businesses kick admin routine out of their day-to-day, so they can focus on changing the world for the better. We’ve build our own app and web product and are automating accounting, tax, company formation and other tasks.

As a start-up, we have founders with a successful track record, top-tier investors who backed dozens of well-known IT companies. Our product management team consists of ex Google, Yandex, Tinkoff, Xero. In 2021 we raised $16m Series A funding to continue our exponential growth, with ambitious goals and objectives in place for 2022.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will join our Corporate Secretary and Compliance product team with a focus on building and refining an Incorporation platform of choice for customers in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and new opening markets.

Your Mission will be:
As Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to develop and maintain the vision and product strategy for Incorporation our offering and user experience. Your skilful leadership will enable your team to create beautiful products that solve real problems for our customers, in turn supporting Osome’s mission to be the best financial operating system for SMEs.
What success looks like in this role:
- You deeply understand the incorporation process in Osome's key markets - with all incorporation processes covered by metrics, and all the incorporation processes split into independent automated steps.
- You will lead the vision and strategy on how to switch incorporation into a “turnkey business solution.”
- Client satisfaction growth - start measuring NPS / client satisfaction score from incorporation
- Customer acquisition cost on incorporation reduces - unit economics of incorporation on existing markets is positive.
- Increase in conversion rate from Incorporation
What you will be doing to achieve results:
- Lead a cross-functional product team, and be responsible for it from initial thinking and planning to a successful release
- Product evangelism - ensuring that the vision for this product is well known within the business
- Track and monitor new features’ performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them
- Improve our analytics by defining what we should be measuring, building accessible dashboards and keeping them up to date, and help automate reporting
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research into our customer base - from designing and conducting user interviews to running AB tests and analysing results
- Help your team understand: the problems we’re solving, our customers, the business and how to marry these in an impactful way
Requirements
You'll need to have:
- Experience with outcome focused product development, and creating and measuring product goals
- Previous experience in incorporation services or services acquiring new b2b leads- in banking or fintech products
- A history of delivering business impact. You can quantify the impact you’ve had in your current and previous roles
- Track record of developing and maintaining product strategies, including go-to-market and new geographies
- A desire to understand our customers and identify opportunities to solve their problems.
- Passionate and concise storytelling ability
- Ability to communicate with extreme clarity. You’ll be able to concisely and clearly explain the benefits of our new products - internally, and, much more importantly, to our customers.
