We’re looking for an inspiring Product Designer to join our 20+ person Croatian team in Zagreb focused on building experiences for our One Workplace area, helping admins manage their workplaces – resulting in a great workplace experience for employees.

This role is interesting because:

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product managers and engineers, contributing to the scrum team's design thinking and communication.
Design and Implementation: Design intuitive, simple, and systematized features and workflows.
User Research and Feedback: Participate in user-centered design through research, usability testing, and iterative refinements.

You are qualified if you have:

A strong portfolio: Showcasing high-quality design solutions within a SaaS environment.
Relevant experience: Experience in a design role, demonstrating growth and an understanding of design principles.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to contribute to solving complex, platform-wide problems iteratively.
Design knowledge: Good understanding of design trends, best practices, and system thinking.
Communication skills: Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively within a team.
