Role Overview
The Product Designer is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on designing clear, usable, and high-quality product experiences within ClearScore’s platform missions.
You’ll work as part of a cross-functional squad alongside Product Managers and Engineers, contributing to design work that takes concepts through to build-ready delivery. You’ll focus on producing consistent, high-quality experiences, applying shared patterns and standards so work scales beyond individual features. This role is ideal for a designer who cares deeply about craft, can execute confidently in Figma, and uses AI tools thoughtfully to work efficiently without compromising quality.
You’ll be supported by more senior designers and design leadership, while being trusted to own meaningful pieces of work independently.

- Create clear, thoughtful designs that address user needs and business goals
- Produce design outputs including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and learning
2. Work closely with your squad
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand problems, constraints, and priorities
- Take part in discovery activities, ideation sessions, and design critiques
- Communicate your design thinking clearly and confidently
- Support the translation of design intent into build-ready solutions
3. Design with consistency, scale, and quality in mind
- Work confidently within ClearScore’s design systems and established patterns
- Apply shared components and standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Design with awareness of reuse, scale, and downstream impact
- Use established workflows and tooling to manage design assets and content
4. Maintain quality and improve efficiency
- Maintain high standards of craft and attention to detail
- Use AI-assisted tools to reduce low-value manual work and improve efficiency, without compromising design quality
- Seek and apply feedback to continuously improve your work
- Participate actively in critiques and team discussions
