With the aim of achieving our goals, we are looking for a mid-level Product Designer to work alongside fellow UX expert in the ever-growing Product Design team.

Job responsibilities

  • Participate in the entire design process alongside a team of fellow researchers and designers from initial research, ideation, conceptualization, and design, to testing and validation.
  • Apply user-centered approaches to produce low-to-high fidelity deliverables and prototypes.
  • Participate to design thinking workshops aimed to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Help maintain and evolve the Design System.

About you

  • A passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences.
  • Outstanding UX ability, visual design and product thinking for user-centered design principles for iOS and Android apps.
  • Experience maintaining design systems.
  • Experience applying qualitative and quantitative to inform design decisions.
  • Comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback.
  • Competence in relevant design and prototyping tools
  • Understanding of Lean UX principles.
  • Understanding and familiarity with UX research methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration and self-management skills.

Skills and qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products with a specific focus on mobile applications.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in User Journey Mapping, User Story Mapping, Wireframing, UI prototyping, User Testing, etc.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience in maintaining a Design System that will be used across an eco-system of products and services.
  • Capacity to contribute to the creation of project deliverables such as prototypes, project plans, Design System guidelines, discussion guides for research, etc
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment with a multidisciplinary team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to justify design decisions and articulate alternative design approaches.
  • Pragmatism. You understand that speed is often as important as quality when getting things done in a competitive world.
  • Reasoning and depth of learning. You’re structured and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently, given the necessary knowledge.
