As a Product Design Manager in the buyer engagement and frequency group, you will deliver exceptional experiences that inspire buyers to return to Etsy to shop for everything from their evergreen interests to a gift for someone special. You will lead a design team building solutions that introduce 89 million active buyers to the breadth and depth of Etsy’s unique, global marketplace.
In this role you will guide your team in solving the most pressing customer problems, develop human-centered strategies and roadmaps, and design experiences to align with those plans to build sustained value for our business and our customers. This team will craft a top notch buyer experience by testing new ways to help buyers deepen their relationship and engage more with Etsy over time, while improving our topline company health metrics via iterative experimentation and programs to reward buyer loyalty.
As a manager of this team, you will partner with a cross-functional leadership team responsible for guiding experiences across our website and native apps. With 120 million items offered by 2.7 million sellers, this product group brings value to our buyers, our sellers, and Etsy by leveraging e-commerce and retention practices that work for our unique marketplace.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design of the Buyer Experience group, with a base salary range 148,000.00 - 192,000.00 USD per year. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.
