About the Team
We're at an exciting inflection point: scaling an extremely sophisticated, high-throughput platform that powers millions of seller actions daily while rapidly expanding our agentic AI capabilities, real-time intelligence layer, and foundational platform services.
The Core Platform team owns the foundational systems that everything else at Outreach depends on data platform, event & workflow engines, identity & access, API & integration architecture, real-time processing infrastructure, and developer platform. We enable product velocity across the entire organization while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability, security, scalability, and extensibility.
The Role
As a Principal Product Manager on the Core Platform team, you will define and drive the multi-year strategy and roadmap for critical shared platform capabilities—particularly in the areas real-time data & event processing, extensibility, and developer platform.
You will partner extremely closely with engineering leaders, UX designers, marketing, and multiple product lines to make architectural choices that balance immediate delivery needs with long-term technical vision. This is a deeply technical product role—expect to spend significant time on system design discussions, API specs, data models, and performance.
Location
While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. This role is categorized as hybrid and it is expected you live in a reasonable proximity to the office in Prague so you would be able to connect with your team on weekly regular basis, attend in-person meetings and company events.
This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for one or more pillars of the Core Platform (examples: extensibility, real-time events, and developer platform)
- Partner deeply with engineering (Staff/Principal engineers) to define scalable, evolvable architectures that support massive scale and complexity
- Translate complex technical constraints and opportunities into clear product requirements, roadmap prioritization, and key results
- Define and maintain platform SLAs, success metrics, and health dashboards that matter to customers
- Drive cross-functional alignment—work with other product leaders, marketing, sales, professional services to understand needs and sequence platform investments
- Stay current on emerging technologies in AI infrastructure, real-time systems, distributed data processing, and enterprise SaaS platform design
- Represent Outreach at industry events and with strategic customers when discussing platform architecture and AI capabilities
